Bio

Dr. Bartimoccia grew up in Vienna, West Virginia. She attended Duke University where she graduated with honors in 3 1/2 years. Dr. Bartimoccia earned her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. While in Chicago, she nurtured a love for volunteer work and fiction writing and discovered her distaste for cold weather.

She returned home to complete her pediatric residency at West Virginia University, while her husband attended business school at Carnegie Mellon University. They have been happy to call Virginia Beach home since 2003.

Dr. Bartimoccia has been a part of her patients' lives at General Booth Pediatrics for more than 10 years. In her spare time, she is devoted to her family -- her brilliant and supportive husband and their two wonderfully precocious and energetic children.
