Bio

Dr. Judith Williams is a board-certified pediatric dermatologist at Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters where she provides care for patients in the Hemangioma and Vascular Birthmarks Program.  She has expertise in using the pulsed dye laser to treat port wine stains and other vascular lesions.

Dr. Williams earned her medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency training at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and dermatology residency at Penn State.  She then completed a pediatric dermatology fellowship at Rady Children’s Hospital of San Diego. 

She is recognized for her clinical excellence and has been named a “Top Doc” by Virginia Business and a “Top Doc All-Star” by Coastal Virginia Magazine for multiple years.
