Education

Graduate Degree: Chamberlain University

Bio

Natasha is originally from Queens, New York. Her husband is in the Navy, and she moved to Virginia Beach in 2011, where she began her nursing career. She also lived in Japan from 2016 to 2019 before returning to Virginia Beach, a place she and her family love and are happy to call home.

She developed an interest in medicine at a young age and always knew she wanted to work in health care. Natasha is passionate about caring for others, which led her to become a nurse. As both an RN and Family Nurse Practitioner, she has worked with patients of all ages, but caring for children has been the most fulfilling part of her career.

Working as a mother/baby nurse, Natasha especially enjoys caring for newborns and educating families on newborn care. Becoming the mother of twins further sparked her interest in pediatric care. She is honored to work for CHKD, an organization with an excellent reputation for providing exceptional care to the pediatric population. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she finds it deeply rewarding to be part of a child’s growth and development while supporting their families along the way.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys. They love to travel and explore mountains and natural parks, and she enjoys watching her boys play hockey. She also loves cooking and dancing, which reflect her Indo-Caribbean background.
