Bio

Dr. Ryan Kelly joined General Booth Pediatrics in August 2026, bringing a passion for pediatric care and advocacy to the practice. Originally from Warrenton, Virginia, Dr. Kelly earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University before attending the Medical School for International Health, where he studied in Israel and gained a unique global perspective on healthcare.

He went on to complete his pediatric residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., where he participated in the Community Pediatrics Track. Through this program, he focused on advocating for equitable healthcare and improving outcomes for children across diverse communities.

Dr. Kelly and his wife were excited to relocate to Virginia Beach, where she grew up, and are looking forward to being part of the community. He is dedicated to helping children and families thrive and values building strong, lasting relationships with his patients.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kelly enjoys golfing, gardening, and reading, with a particular love for fantasy novels. He appreciates time spent outdoors and is excited to explore all that Coastal Virginia has to offer.
