Referring physicians should call Cleft and Craniofacial Center Coordinator, Karen Via, at (757) 668-7031 or send an email to Karen.Via@CHKD.org.
The craniofacial team meets every Tuesday; your patient will be seen at the earliest appointment available.
No pre-referral work-up is required for most conditions. The patient should bring any related imaging studies with pathology results, office notes, or other pertinent information faxed to 757-668-7711. Please include the appointment date and time on the fax to ensure timely processing.
Patients can see several specialists in one visit depending on the individual patient needs. This multispecialty approach allows for a thorough and collaborative approach to ensure each and every need of the patient is being addressed.
Patients will be seen at CHKD's Health Center at Fort Norfolk on the 3rd floor.
