Alternate Dining Options During Temporary Closure
A temporary café will be available on the first floor. From the hospital lobby, turn left past the coffee shop and proceed through the double doors. The temporary cafe will be on your left. It will open on Monday, June 15, at 6:30 a.m. Dining options will be limited and available on a grab-and-go basis. No seating will be available. On Sunday, June 28, the temporary café will close at 2p.m. KD Café will resume normal operations on Monday, June 29, at 6:30 a.m.
The temporary cafe’s hours of operation will be:
Monday - Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Hot meals will be served from:
- 6:30 - 10 a.m.
- 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- 4 -7 p.m.
The deli will open from 2 - 7p.m.
The grill will be unavailable.
Saturday - Sunday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Hot meals will be served from:
- 7 - 10 a.m.,
- 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
- 4 -7 p.m.
The deli will open from 2 - 7 p.m.
The grill will be unavailable.
The CHKD Micro Market will be available overnight from 7 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. during the renovation period, except on June 14 and June 28. The Micro Market is located where the temporary café is located.
The Children’s Pavilion Café has great dining options and ample seating space. Anyone whose schedule allows is welcome to walk to the Children’s Pavilion Café, which offers hot breakfast and lunch.
