This isn’t just about sports; it’s about celebrating the courage, kindness, and unstoppable spirit that defines our CHKD family. Whether it’s a hand-drawn doodle from the heart or a tribute to your favorite nurse or doctor, we want to see what CHKD means to you.
How to Enter
Grab your crayons, markers, pencils or whatever sparks your creativity most and share your masterpiece with us by Friday, March 6.
Here is everything you need to know to get started:
- Who can enter: CHKD patients with big imaginations!
- The Theme: Courage, kindness, and the CHKD spirit.
- Download: T-shirt mockup to be designed by you
- Deadline: All entries must be submitted by Friday, March 6.
Three Ways to Submit:
- Online: Submit your design by filling out this form.
- Email: Scan your design and send it over to Events@CHKD.org.
- In-Person: Hand your design directly to your Child Life specialist at CHKD.
One winner will be selected from entries received by March 6 and will be contacted by March 20. The winning design will be announced on May 8.
Pro Tip: Make sure your colors are bold and bright so they can be seen all the way from the outfield!
