Corporate Compliance
Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters Health System and its affiliates strive to maintain the highest level of ethics and compliance with state and federal healthcare laws in our patient care and business conduct. The Health System recognizes that errors can occur and it is our priority to investigate those issues to the fullest extent.
It is with this in mind that the Health System has in place a centralized Corporate Compliance program. The program was developed and is operated in accordance with all applicable state and federal guidelines and laws. Our program focuses on the prevention of non-compliance and the investigation of any reported issues of possible fraud, waste, or abuse in our Health System.
Reporting
Health System customers, employees, contractors, vendors, and volunteers have the ability to report concerns to the Corporate Compliance Department in one of two ways:
- Call our compliance hotline: (877) 373-0128
- Fill out this online form
Both reporting methods allow parties to remain anonymous if necessary. There will be no retaliation against anyone reporting concerns, in good faith, to the Compliance Department.
If you are attempting to report a quality of care concern or a patient safety issue, please visit our Patients Rights and Responsibilities page.
