The below instructions may be given directly to your broker. Please authorize your broker to release your name as the donor of the stock to Morgan Stanley. Once you've authorized the transfer, please email the below information to Gifts@CHKD.org:

You can use the flexibility of your donor-advised fund to recommend a grant or recurring grants directly to CHKD. Contact your fund administrator to make a gift. Your grant should be recommended to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (EIN 54-0506321).
If you are 70½ or older, you can make a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) to CHKD from your IRA. For those 73 or older, this counts toward your required minimum distributions and may reduce your taxable income. Contact your IRA administrator to request a QCD to CHKD.
