How long do I have to respond to a "push" notification on my phone?

You will have 30 seconds to respond to a push notification, choosing an “Accept” or “Deny” option. If the timer expires you will then have the option to enter the token ID that appears within the Imprivata mobile app.

What happens after enrollment?

When attempting to login from an outside network, such as your home, you will see a prompt after entering your username and password. This prompt will indicate that a notification has been sent to your verified device and request authentication.

Do I have to use two-factor when at work?

No. Two-Step Login with Imprivata Confirm ID only impacts individuals when logging in remotely (off-site).

Can I use two-factor authentication without an internet connection?

Yes. If you have the Imprivata Confirm ID mobile app, you can open the app and use the provided “Token Code” for access.
