Quality, Patient-Centered Care
A medical home is not a place – it’s the way our healthcare team provides the highest quality services to best meet the needs of your child and your family. It is a trusting partnership between you, your child, and your child’s primary care team. It’s where your child’s medical records are complete, and everyone knows your name. And, it’s a pediatrician who will help you access and coordinate specialty care, educational resources, family support, and any other services that are important to the well-being of your child. We are proud to have been recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for our commitment to the highest quality, patient-centered care.
